Net Zero Evolution is looking for a commercially minded Sales Development Representative based in Peru to help introduce our specialist recruitment services to businesses across the United States. This isn't a high-pressure cold calling role where success is measured by the number of dials you make. Instead, you'll take a thoughtful, research-led approach, preparing for every conversation and speaking with purpose to senior decision-makers.
You'll be representing a business that supports organisations shaping the future of transport, clean energy and infrastructure. Your role is to create opportunities, build genuine interest and arrange qualified meetings for our Client Managers, allowing them to recommend the right recruitment solution. Your success will come from quality conversations, not hard selling.
About the role
Working remotely for two days each week, you'll receive details of carefully selected target companies and company contacts before researching each business to personalise your approach. Every call should be informed, personalised and professional, demonstrating that you've taken the time to understand the organisation before making contact.
Your objective is to secure qualified appointments between prospective clients and Net Zero Evolution's Client Managers. You'll represent our brand with confidence, curiosity and credibility, helping businesses discover how specialist recruitment can support their growth within the rapidly evolving decarbonisation sector.

About you
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and asking thoughtful questions. Previous experience in business development, appointment setting, sales development, recruitment, customer engagement or outbound calling is a must, but equally important is your ability to prepare thoroughly and communicate naturally.
As you'll be speaking with senior decision-makers across the United States, you must speak fluent English with a clear, natural US-accented speaking voice and have excellent verbal communication skills. You'll be comfortable building rapport over the telephone, adapting your approach to different personalities and conducting professional business conversations with confidence.
You'll be organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home. Most importantly, you'll understand that successful business development is about relevance, preparation and timing rather than making as many calls as possible.
Contract & commercial terms
This opportunity is offered on a genuine Business-to-Business (B2B) Services Agreement. Applicants must be able to provide services through a legally registered business in Peru, such as a sole proprietor, independent professional or registered company, and submit a monthly invoice to Net Zero Evolution Limited (United Kingdom).
This is not an employment position. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for all applicable taxes, social security contributions, insurance and any other legal obligations within their own jurisdiction.
The arrangement includes two working days per week, fully remote working and flexible hours, provided agreed objectives and service standards are achieved.
The agreed Daily Service Fee is S/113 per working day, with performance bonuses of S/226 for booking 10 qualified appointments within a calendar month and S/452 for booking 20 qualified appointments. A qualified appointment is a meeting accepted into a Client Manager's calendar that meets Net Zero Evolution's qualification criteria.
