En el Perú estamos a cargo del Proyecto Regional para implementar fibra óptica en 4 regiones del País (Arequipa, Ancash, San Martín y La Libertad) y requerimos profesionales con experiencia para nuestro staff

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in data centers and electrical installations to support equipment integration, network configuration, and monitoring activities.

What will you do?

- Support in integration equipment to subconstractors in the field, remotely and in person.
- Configuration of switches, routers, MW equipment, and access points.
- Update integration to follow up the matrix.
- Join the meetings for reviewing the KPIs.
- Escalate cases to L3 support by email if necessary.
- Do the documentation about integration tests.
- Do network monitoring.
- Participate in continuous improvement progress meetings.
- Notify the team about integration progress.
- Report integration equipment cases that are stopped and make proposals for solutions.
- Other functions assigned by the team leader.


Requisitos:
What are the requirements?

- Telecommunications Engineer with a degree in Telecommunications and professional registration (licensed/registered with the relevant professional body).
- At least 3 years of experience working in data centers.
- Experience in electrical installations.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with management.
- Place to work: Ica and surrounding areas.
- Ability to review technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- A1 driver's license preferred (not mandatory).
