📍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Handle and manage IT incidents and service requests.

🔹 Perform initial troubleshooting and execute documented recovery procedures.

🔹 Monitor and follow up on tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.

🔹 Provide remote technical support to end users and accurately document each interaction.

🔹 Escalate incidents to specialized support teams when required.

🔹 Use knowledge bases, runbooks, and ITSM tools to efficiently resolve incidents.

🔹 Collaborate with technical teams in a 24x7 IT operations environment.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

✔ Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

✔ 1?3 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, L1/L1.5 Support, NOC, or IT Call Center environments.

✔ Experience managing tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.

✔ Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, and Change Management.

✔ Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.

✔ Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, RDP, SSH, and/or remote support tools.

✔ Conversational English ? MANDATORY / NON-NEGOTIABLE.

✔ Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts aligned with Spain working hours.

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly valued:

- AS/400 (IBM iSeries)
- Databases, middleware, or cloud platforms
- Basic automation using PowerShell, Shell, Batch, or Runbooks
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools for IT Operations
