Administrative Assistant
A leading multinational company based in Perú, providing consulting services abroad, is looking for top talent to join its team as an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, project coordination or similar roles.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and managing documentation.
- Knowledge of project management tools and AI-powered solutions is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Update, organize, and maintain records, reports, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Support data tracking, reporting activities, and KPI monitoring.
- Assist with operational tasks related to resource planning and capacity tracking across the company.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of files, databases, and company records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and administrative projects.
- Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency and workflows.
