On behalf of our client, an important sustainable food company, we are looking for a Creative Lead.

Duties and responsabilities

- Lead and execute creative concepts, strategies, and visual designs that reflect the company's mission, values, and goals across various platforms and media.
- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and achieve marketing and company goals.
- Oversee the development of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, photography, printed materials, and written materials.
- Ensure all creative and design projects are completed on time at a high standard of excellence.
- Develop design templates, lead trainings, and actively seek solutions to enable greater efficiency on the team.
- Conduct creative research for both small-scale and large-scale projects and gather inspiration during the project kickoff phase.
- Conceptualize and oversee the production of multimedia content, including digital assets, packaging, marketing materials, and website design.
- Drive the creation of compelling content, ensuring it embodies our brand's voice, ethos, and values and resonates with our audience.
- Own the company's brand guidelines and make updates to ensure consistency in our brand positioning and visual identity and all creative and design assets.
- Manage the company's audiovisual asset library, ensuring clear organization, identifying gaps, and making continuous updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and design technologies to continuously elevate the company's visual identity and incorporate innovative design and storytelling techniques into every project.

Qualifications, skills and abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual: full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese and/or Greek is a plus).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar creative leadership role within a consumer-focused brand or agency.
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, creative campaigns, and brand development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product.
- High standards for quality of design and content development.
- Willingness to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.
- Accustomed to working independently & thrives in such an environment.
