Job Summary

- We are looking for a Call Representative in English to join our team Remotely/Onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current and potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Provide customer service and support
- Resolve customer issues
- Follow scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customer needs
- Clarify information
- Enter information
- Document procesing
- Provide solutions and/or alternatives

Qualifications

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- English fluency
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Office)
- Ability to work well within a team
