Candidate Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native English speakers or non-native speakers with near-native fluency.
- Qualifications: A bachelor?s degree is required, preferably in Education or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: - C1 or C2 level English proficiency certification.
- International EFL teaching certifications (e.g., Cambridge or Michigan qualifications).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, creativity in the classroom, and a proven ability to motivate learners.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in digital educational tools and strong interpersonal skills.
- Legal Status (For Foreign Nationals): Must hold a valid Peruvian work visa and have qualifying family ties to a Peruvian citizen (spouse, parent, or child).
- Availability for Interviews: Candidates must be available for interviews and the selection process in November, either in the morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Mandatory Training: Attendance at pre-service training and classroom observation sessions in December is required.

Schedule & Availability
Candidates must be available to teach both online and on-site classes from Monday to Saturday, starting January 4, 2027, according to the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 2:15 PM ? 10:30 PM
- Saturdays: Candidates may choose one of the following shifts: - Morning Shift: 8:00 AM ? 2:45 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM ? 6:15 PM
