English-Speaking Call Representative ? Full-Time & Part-Time | 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an English-Speaking Call Representative to join our 100% remote team.

We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions and are looking for reliable individuals with flexible availability. Candidates who are available to work weekends, mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings are especially encouraged to apply.

This is a fully remote position, making it a great opportunity for students or individuals looking for a flexible work schedule. Weekend availability is especially important, and candidates who can work weekends will be strongly considered.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, customer-focused, reliable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers

* Provide professional and friendly customer service

* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives

* Answer questions and resolve customer concerns

* Follow scripts, procedures, and guidelines when handling different topics

* Clearly communicate and clarify information

* Enter and update customer information accurately

* Process and document information

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

* Work effectively and professionally as part of a remote team




Qualifications

* Fluent English with strong verbal and phone communication skills

* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

* Excellent active listening and communication skills

* Strong customer-service mindset

* Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations

* Basic computer knowledge, including Windows and Microsoft Office

* Ability to learn new systems and follow procedures

* Reliable, responsible, and organized

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

* Flexible availability, particularly on weekends
