We are looking for a tech-driven professional to support a U.S.-based law firm by improving digital systems, tools, and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background (development, web, or systems) who is interested in applying their skills in a legal environment.

Responsibilities

Website & Digital Development

- Design, develop, and maintain the firm?s website
- Implement updates, optimize performance, and ensure security best practices
- Collaborate on user experience (UX) improvements and content updates

Coding & Application Development

- Develop and maintain internal tools or client-facing applications
- Write, test, and deploy code as needed for firm operations or client-facing applications
- Troubleshoot and improve existing digital systems

Social Media & Content Creation

- Create, edit, and manage content across social media platforms
- Develop graphics, posts, and campaigns aligned with firm branding
- Monitor engagement and analytics to improve outreach

E-Discovery & Litigation Support

- Manage and monitor e-discovery platform usage, data storage, costs, matter management, and workflows
- Assist with document collection, processing, and review
- Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements
- document review and summary on specific matters

Document Management

- Summarize legal documents, case materials, and discovery records
- Perform precise redactions in accordance with legal standards
- Organize and maintain digital case files and databases

Technical & Legal Support

- Provide technology support to attorneys and staff
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
- Stay current with emerging legal tech tools and trends

Qualifications

- Engineering, systems, computer science, IT, or similar technical training, with 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms)
- Experience with coding and/or app development (languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools (e.g., Logikcull, Relativity or similar platforms)
- Strong skills in document review, summarization, and redaction
- Experience with social media management and content creation tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

- Exposure to legal tech or document-heavy environments
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
