Estimador

The Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lima Peru, responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and gathering pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors. The Estimator will analyze labor, material, and equipment costs, prepare bid proposals and budgets, and update estimates as project scope or market conditions change. This role collaborates with project managers, sales teams, and operations staff to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure estimates align with client expectations and company standards. The Estimator also maintains organized records of estimates, supports value-engineering efforts, and contributes to continuous improvement of estimating tools and processes.
