We invite you to join our recruitment process for the position of:

HR Senior Specialist

What will make you the right talent for us? - Bachelor?s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in coordination, supervision, Senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar positions.
- Strong experience in labor legislation, employee relations, and personnel administration.
- Experience managing disciplinary procedures, terminations, and labor inspections.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, contracts, vacations, compensation, and labor-related incidences.
- Experience supervising or coordinating HR processes and following up on team activities.
- Experience preparing and analyzing HR metrics and management indicators.
- Experience in Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction, Services, Mining, or other operational/technical industries is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English is required, as the position will interact and report to international stakeholders. Please apply only if you are comfortable communicating and explaining ideas clearly in English, as English proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, decision-making, and results-oriented skills.

Main Responsibilities - Supervise and follow up on key HR operational processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees regarding labor legislation, employee relations, HR policies, and procedures.
- Manage and follow up on disciplinary processes, terminations, contract renewals, and other employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise and validate payroll-related inputs and incidences, including benefits, vacations, overtime, deductions, employee movements, and other labor-related concepts.
- Supervise personnel administration processes, including contracts, renewals, terminations, insurance, occupational medical examinations, and employee documentation.
- Participate in labor inspections, audits, and requirements from authorities such as SUNAFIL, MTPE, SUNAT, EsSalud, and other relevant institutions.
- Prepare, review, and monitor HR indicators, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, labor costs, and process compliance.
- Coordinate and follow up on HR team activities and pending tasks, ensuring deadlines, service levels, and objectives are met.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, internal controls, and HR projects.
- Support the HR Management team in talent management initiatives, including performance management, training, organizational development, and employee engagement.
