We are looking for a Jr Cx Support profile for customer service. The ideal candidate should be highly customer-oriented, have good communication skills, be persuasive, results-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills. Their main responsibility will be to ensure customer support and strengthen loyalty through exceptional service, always exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
Proficiency in communication and collaborative work.
Ability to multitask.
Patience and kindness in solving problems.
Problem-solving attitude.
Ability to adapt to rapid change.
Advanced English (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support and motivate agencies to provide more and better streamers, as well as diversify content categories.
Analyse and understand the latest industry trends, establishing a feedback channel between agencies and the platform.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with different agencies.
Be responsible for the training and management of agencies.
Carry out the integration process of agencies and organisations to provide talent in the live streaming section.
