Recruitment and Sales Specialist Advanced English Required
This is a highly communication-focused role that combines sales, recruiting, relationship-building, and advisor engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, conducting consultations, building trust, answering questions, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and helping prospective advisors determine whether the program is a good fit for their goals.
The primary responsibility of this position is advisor recruitment and enrollment. However, the successful candidate will also assist with advisor support, onboarding activities, advisor engagement initiatives, webinars, and ongoing efforts to improve the overall advisor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Recruitment & Enrollment:
Contact prospective advisors who express interest in joining the program.
Conduct introductory, discovery, and enrollment calls with applicants.
Clearly explain the benefits, expectations, and opportunities available through the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network.
Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective advisors.
Answer applicant questions professionally and accurately.
Follow up consistently with prospective advisors throughout the enrollment process.
Overcome objections and help applicants determine whether the program is the right fit.
Coordinate enrollment activities and onboarding preparation.
Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-up schedules.
Help improve recruiting effectiveness and enrollment conversion rates.
Advisor Support & Engagement:
Assist advisors with basic program-related questions.
Provide support during onboarding and early engagement activities.
Help ensure advisors receive a positive first impression of the program.
Escalate more complex advisor issues to management when appropriate.
Support advisor retention efforts by helping identify common questions and challenges.
Participate in advisor webinars, informational meetings, and recruiting events.
Help foster a positive and professional advisor experience.
Program Feedback & Improvement:
Share feedback regarding advisor questions, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations that help improve recruiting effectiveness, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Assist with recruiting initiatives, advisor communications, and community engagement efforts.
Support Facebook communities and other advisor communication channels when needed.
Help management identify trends and opportunities that can strengthen the advisor program.
