We are looking for a Senior Microwave Engineer to integrate, configure, commission, and troubleshoot Nokia PTP/PTMP microwave links. The role involves ensuring optimal link performance, resolving technical issues, supporting field and NOC teams, and contributing to network capacity expansion and optimization.

¿What will you do? - Integrate, configure, and commission Nokia PTP/PTMP microwave equipment.
- Troubleshoot microwave links, including RSSI, BER, interference, alarms, capacity, and availability issues.
- Validate link alignment, performance, and connectivity.
- Participate in capacity upgrades, frequency changes, and equipment replacements.
- Provide technical support to field and NOC teams during integrations and incident resolution.
- Analyze link performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document configurations, test results, incidents, and integration progress.


Requisitos:
¿What do we need? - Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Wireless Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PTP/PTMP microwave networks.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia microwave equipment.
- Knowledge of link budgets, frequencies, capacity, RSSI, BER, and interference.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, VLANs, and basic routing.
- Basic knowledge of DWDM and optical transport networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify the point of failure before escalating.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (indispensable).
- Availability to travel to field sites as required.
