ABOUT THE ROLE

The SEO Specialist will lead growth marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, focusing on organic acquisition, search visibility, conversion optimization, and performance analytics. This role requires strong expertise in SEO strategy, technical optimization, customer acquisition measurement, and data-driven decision-making. The position will collaborate on growth campaigns, leverage AI-powered marketing tools, and provide actionable insights to improve funnel performance and business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in SEO/GEO, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, search ranking improvements, and competitive analysis.
- Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Technical SEO expertise and paid media campaign experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute acquisition, activation, and engagement campaigns across digital channels.
- Create SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and improve organic and AI-powered search visibility.
- Coordinate technical SEO initiatives to enhance website performance and search rankings.
- Support growth marketing and paid media campaigns while monitoring performance metrics.
- Analyze conversion funnels, customer acquisition data, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop testing plans, reporting frameworks, and actionable recommendations based on performance insights.
