About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to support hiring needs.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
-Experience in a recruitment/staffing agency is required.
-Advanced English (C1+).
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities
-Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
-Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
-Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
-Build and maintain talent pipelines.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain accurate ATS records.
