We are currently looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Workplace: Downtown Lima Office
Working Schedule:
Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Advanced / Bilingual English level
Strong reading and speaking skills
Experience or skills in customer service
Availability to work on-site in Downtown Lima
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide customer service and support to clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and requests.
Provide clear information about services or products.
Maintain effective communication in English and Spanish with customers.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Fixed salary: S/ 2000
Bonuses up to S/ 300
