Telephone Prospecting Assistant

At Touch Consulting, were looking for a Telephone Prospecting Assistant to join our team. This is a 100% remote position.

Role objective: Youll be the first voice companies hear from us. Your role is key: identifying opportunities, generating genuine interest, and opening doors so our sales team can close big deals.

What will you do

- Prospect through cold calls and spark interest in our services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Identify prospects needs and log insights in the CRM.
- Follow up strategically so no lead slips through the cracks.
- Report daily metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

What are the requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a love for challenges
- Experience at B2B consulting firms
- Experience at IT consulting firms selling intangible services (preferred)
- Background in sales, customer service, or call centers (a plus, not required)
- Basic CRM skills or willingness to learn
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)
