Treasury Analyst

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) ? Mandatory.
- Experience working with financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- ERP experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits, taxes, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor treasury and financial operations.
- Perform financial analysis and account reconciliations.
- Validate financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve financial issues.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with treasury, tax, and financial policies.
