Operative Executive in Travel Agency Full Time Remote

Searching for a new professional challenge in creating outstanding traveler experiences in operations for foreign travelers from the US and Europe in the 3- to 4-star sector (some high end clients too)?
Exploor is one of Peru's best-ranked travel agencies on Tripadvisor and Instagram @exploorperu, and we search for a new Operative Executive.

What's the job?
Plan and manage daily tours and travel groups with the team, clients, and providers
Constant quality check of guides, drivers, and providers during tours
Improve operative rules and conditions, and implement those with the team
Train the team to improve details and the overall experience during tours (especially in Cusco)
Update information based on the day-to-day for accounting
Provide outstanding virtual customer service for travelers as they travel with us (such as helping clients with last-minute questions or recommendations)
Solve operative problems.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Remotely administrative tasks from home (Cusco), however also in certain circumstances with the need to meet the team, providers, or clients in person in Cusco.


What do we expect?
Experience: Min 5 years in operations for tailor-made tours in Peru
Advanced English
Proactive problem solving
Creative mind for experience improvements
Openess & curiosity to capture and analyze client feedback
Manage Google Sheets
Availability: Monday - Friday (however as tourism never sleeps, availability for emergencies during weekends when the operative assistant is active)
Equipment: Your own laptop
