A leading multinational company based in Perú, providing consulting services abroad, is looking for top talent to join its team as a Accounting Analyst.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting.
- More than 2 years of experience in analyst-level accounting roles, preferably in multinational environments.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation).
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve efficiency and workflows (mandatory).
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable and Collections module within the ERP system.
- Validate and reconcile accounts receivable information between Excel reports and ERP records.
- Monitor aging reports and identify discrepancies or overdue balances.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and general ledger analysis.
- Review bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
- Support the month-end closing process by reviewing journal entries and validating accounting transactions.
- Identify accounting variances and communicate findings to Finance leadership.
- Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by transitioning manual processes into automated and AI-assisted workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, financial analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Document accounting procedures and support process standardization.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
