Mission of the position
Provide support to travelers (customer service by call, not sales)
What do you need to perform the position?
- English at an advanced level
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or telemarketing
- Availability to work in a 5x2 mode, 5 days of work and 2 consecutive days of rest. Fixed work schedules (not rotating) with an 8-hour shift. The shift is assigned during the selection process
