B2B Sales Development Representative / SDR Lima
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective business clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and CRM management. You should be self-motivated, organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Research target markets and perform customer targeting and segmentation.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.
* Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and communications.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
* Develop relationships with decision-makers and key business contacts.
Requirements
* English proficiency: 85% or higher (B2 level).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, sales prospecting, or a similar role.
* Previous experience in B2B sales.
* Strong knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
* Experience working with Google Workspace (Google Apps).
* Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong listening and questioning abilities.
* Analytical thinking and networking skills.
* Knowledge of customer targeting and market segmentation.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Work Schedule
* Full-time position.
* 40 hours per week.
