Collections Agent full time

We are looking for a Collections Agent to work in a call center environment, available full-time, with an advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone and digital channels to manage overdue account collections.

Provide assistance and customized payment solutions.

Negotiate payment agreements with customers within company policies.

Accurately record interactions in the system.

Meet the recovery goals set by the team.

Communicate in advanced English, especially with international clients.

Maintain a professional approach and a problem-solving attitude.

Requirements:
Previous experience in collections or customer service in call centers. Advanced English (spoken and written).
Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
Ability to work under pressure
