LEGAL SPECIALIST
What would your functions be?
- Review and propose changes, according to current legal regulations, in labor contracting procedures, as well as hiring foreigners.
- Issue opinions and propose actions on legal norms and facts with legal consequences for the labor area.
- Execution of administrative procedures related to labor and immigration services before entities such as MTPE, Sunafil, Migrations, among others.
- Prepare responses to legal queries, mainly those related to labor, social security, labor taxation, immigration, occupational health and safety, and data protection.
- Participate in carrying out reviews, inspections, audits and labor trials.
- Review, advise and manage disciplinary sanction procedures.
- Review, advise EHS procedures.
- Provide support to the implementation of the compliance plan.
- Participation in Human Resources events and activities.
- Participation in the dictation of the company's Onboarding processes.
- Among other activities of the Human Resources area.
Requisitos:
- Intermediate English essential. Advance English is a plus.
- Professional graduated in Law or Political Science, with specialization in Labor Law.
- More than 3 years of work experience advising areas of Human Resources, specialized in companies in the construction and telecommunications industry.
- Postgraduate or Master's studies in the aforementioned area are desirable.
- Updated legal knowledge, especially hiring foreigners and new labor laws.
- Experience in reviewing contracts and judicial documents.
