Marketing and Design Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print assets for social media, email campaigns, trade marketing, events, and internal branding.
- Support the marketing team in the execution of digital and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate on content creation for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in organizing marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Work with different departments to gather requests and deliver timely creative solutions.
- Help coordinate external vendors (printers, agencies) when needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of brand communication strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- 3+ year of relevant experience in marketing support, graphic design, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and/or After Effects).
- Strong understanding of digital channels and visual content best practices.
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategy and social media platforms.
- Intermediate English level or higher (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
