The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform as an active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C intern, she/he will be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.
Key responsibilities:
Support in the talent acquisition processes in coordination with the Business Partners.
Posting job offers for national and international positions in social networks and national and international job boards.
Support in national consultancy recruitment processes.
Support in the administration of the database and reports of KPIs.
Preparing induction or training presentations for inner clients in coordination with the HR Business
Partners.
Logistical support in organizational welfare events.
Consolidating data regarding HR shareholders.
What are we looking for?
Student coursing at least the 4th year (8th Cycle) of Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
Prior internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on details.
Flexible interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
