What we do at Weir

We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. We help our customers extract the resources the world needs more efficiently and more sustainably. Our planet?s future depends on the transition to renewable energy, and that transition can only happen with the metals and minerals our customers deliver. So, we work side by side with mines across the globe to move less rock, use less energy, use water wisely, and create less waste. Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.

Make your impact

You?ll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You?ll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that?s through engineering, planning or customer support. You?ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.

What you?ll do

? Workforce Analysis: Analyse workforce and organisation data to identify and quantify the people impacts of the S4/Hana transformation, including role changes, future-state organisation design, workforce capability requirements, and skills gaps.

? Transition Planning: Support workforce transition planning, role mapping, and scenario analysis using OrgVue and workforce data to model current and future-state structures, respond to programme data requests, and inform People & OD and Workday decisions.

? Data Quality & Validation: Assess, reconcile, and validate workforce data, identifying data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies. Support data mapping between target organisation design, programme datasets, and Workday structures, translating requirements into DICE and escalating risks or conflicts.

? Insight & Reporting: Turn complex workforce data into clear insight and reporting for programme and HR stakeholders, supporting transformation decisions and assessing HR readiness across data, change, capability, and future service delivery.

? Collaboration & Communication: Act as a critical link between the programme and HR domain, translating future-state organisation and people decisions into clear data, process, and system requirements across the HR operating model, technology, and policy.

? Safety First:?Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
