Apex América Perú is looking for a Quality Assistant with experience as a Medical Interpreter. This position is key to ensuring excellence in our operations and the development of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily monitoring of phone and non-phone interactions, as well as planned feedback sessions for transaction evaluations with users.
- Generate corrective actions based on group metric reports.
- Prepare the monitoring sample for production, OJT (On-the-Job Training), and special requests.
- Provide feedback on monitoring results and follow up on critical cases.
- Offer direct support to agents and staff regarding quality aspects and the account?s evaluation methods.
- Stay updated on procedure and policy changes, and communicate updates to team leaders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality (ideally in BPO or Call Centers).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Interpreter.
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and results-oriented mindset.
Modality: On-site in Lima.
