At Mandomedio Perú, we?re looking for a Quality Coordinator on behalf of our client, a major multinational company and leader in the supermarket sector.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits of suppliers and production facilities in the agro-export and hydrobiological sectors.
- Manage and review technical documentation for external audits and ensure compliance with European export regulations.
- Ensure that products destined for shipment to France meet standards for safety, traceability, food safety, and risk assessment.
- Evaluate, approve, and monitor suppliers to ensure they comply with required certifications (HACCP, ISO, GlobalG.A.P., IFS, BRCGS, SA8000).
- Coordinate directly with inspection and supervision companies and specialized laboratories (SGS, Inspectorate, Bureau Veritas, CERPER, among others).
Requisitos:
- Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of continuous experience in quality control or quality assurance in the agro-export and/or hydrobiological sectors.
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections of suppliers and production facilities.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and European export regulations.
- Advanced English (required).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Willingness to work 100% on-site in San Isidro.
