In Colegio Peruano Británico, we are looking a highly proficient English-speaking teacher to join our vibrant and committed team. The successful candidate will teach English from Grade 6 to Grade 11, including the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Grades 10 and 11.
What You?ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with IB curriculum standards
- Provide ongoing formative assessment, offering clear and constructive feedback to both students and parents
- Collaborate closely with the Subject Area Coordinator, Head of Level, and Director of Studies to ensure academic excellence
- Contribute to a holistic school experience through assigned supervision duties, social projects, study trips, and wellbeing initiatives
- Serve as a Tutor to support students? academic and personal development (as needed)

- Fluency in English (native level)
- Experience teaching English, ideally within an IB or international context
- Passion for student growth and a proactive approach to feedback and support

Requisitos:
- Highly proficient in English - mother tongue or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification.
- Experience in IBDP Group 1 and/or Group 2 subjects.
- Deep knowledge of English language and literature, and ability to adapt teaching for diverse learners
- Familiarity with IB philosophy and experience with IBDP (Group 1 or 2 subjects) is a strong advantag
- Strong classroom management and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to details.
- Ability to give constructive, formative feedback and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to continuous learning
