We?re currently looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key clients a fast-growing B2B tech company in the landscape construction industry.
About the Client:
Our client is on a mission to digitize and modernize the landscape construction space by acting as the technological bridge between farmers and contractors. With a team of 70+ professionals across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, they are scaling rapidly and hiring across all functions?including software engineering, product, sales, operations, and finance.
Position Summary
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent?primarily for engineering and technical roles. Your expertise will help drive efficient hiring cycles and reduce reliance on senior leadership to prescreen and qualify candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, especially in software engineering, across North America and international markets.
Deeply understand technical job requirements (e.g., frontend, backend, tech stacks) and assess candidates accordingly.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms and strategies.
Create and customize case study assessments for new and recurring roles, collaborating with hiring managers for feedback and iteration.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain alignment on recruitment progress.
Assist in building scalable recruitment processes and improve existing workflows.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally for software/IT roles.
Demonstrated success recruiting for complex, senior-level technical positions.
Strong understanding of engineering terminology, tech stacks, and role requirements.
Experience creating custom assessments or case studies is a strong plus.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms;experience with Breezy is a plus (not required).
Ability to recruit across Canada, the U.S and internationally.
Highly proactive, organized, and self-motivated?able to work independently and as part of a global team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
