Teleoperador - Call Center

What are we looking for?

- High school graduate, or holder of a technical or university degree.
- Reside in Lima Metropolitana.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Advanced English (C1/C2 or native), both spoken and written (will be evaluated).
- Desirable experience as a teleoperator or in a call center.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (on-site work at Santiago de Surco ? El Derby).

What will your responsibilities be?

- Make calls in English following established management guidelines.
- Record the information gathered in the report (Intake).
- Send documents and guide clients through the online document signing process.
