FUNCTIONS:
- Collect from Insurance companies delayed payments for HCA services, for balances of $5K or less.
- Follow up will be needed when payment commitments not met.
- The collection efforts will entail a combination of voice calls, and Insurance companies? portals inquiries.

Service Provider will review accounts in Parallon systems and perform the appropriate follow up actions by either contacting the insurance payer via phone call or checking payer web portals, and document actions and updates in Parallon systems according to Parallon policies and procedures.


EXPERIENCE:
- 06 months in fast moving Contact Center environment.
- 06 months of experience in team management"

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Assertive Personality? agents will be asking for payment commitment on balances due HCA.
- C1 English
- Computer Literate
- Proven ability to multitask- agents will be using multiple screens and programs simultaneously.


BASIC SALARY S/ 3.000,00
VARIABLE BY PERFORMANCE 25%
ADDITIONAL BONUS S/ 300,00

MODALITY Full Time 8 hours
