En el Perú estamos a cargo del Proyecto Regional para implementar fibra óptica en 4 regiones del País (Arequipa, Ancash, San Martín y La Libertad) y requerimos profesionales con experiencia para nuestro staff
Main Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Manage daily administrative operations and provide administrative support to all company departments.
- Process administrative payments and maintain updated records and related documentation.
- Administer and coordinate the timely payment of rent, maintenance, electricity, water, internet, gas, and other services related to company offices, apartments, and corporate housing.
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Administer the allocation, registration, control, and inventory of office assets.
- Support the organization of meetings, corporate events, client visits, and company representation activities.
- Maintain and update administrative databases, physical and digital files, and other company records.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of workstations, equipment, and other necessary resources.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office facilities, office equipment, and company-provided accommodations.
- Maintain communication and coordination with suppliers and external service providers, ensuring the quality and timeliness of contracted services.
- Supervise cleaning, security, and other administrative support services.
- Ensure compliance with the company?s administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports and monitor administrative expenses as required.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management or the corresponding Supervisor.

- Advanced English is mandatory.
- University or technical degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with certification (evaluation during the selection process).
- At least one year of experience in similar positions.
