We are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT Project Manager for SaaS based IT product implementation using waterfall, agile and/or hybrid methodologies. As part of Project Management Office (PMO), the IT project manager will coordinate with the Delivery manager for utilization of resources across the business and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment.
Analyse project status an, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
Establish relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary.
Requirements:
Education: University Graduate with a relevant degree within a computational discipline
Skill:
Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
Through understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Good understanding of software development life cycle.
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
Excellent presentation skills.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong people skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
Great social skills.
Result-orientated mindset.
Knowledge:
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Able create cost benefit analysis.
Through understanding of project prioritisation.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a project management role.
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
Experience in delivering automation project
